Fisher Knut's Pond: Why do fish sometimes taste earthy?

The video aims to dispel the myth that some fish taste earthy or musty and presents the real causes of this sometimes occurring „bad taste“ in an entertaining way. IGB scientist Hendrik Monsees shows how fisher Knut can easily get rid of this bad taste and what it all has to do with Christmas. The video was a winner of the award Hochschulwettbewerbs 2016*17.
